Country-specific evidence requirements, readiness thresholds (L0–L4), and risk taxonomy for renewable energy asset transactions. What does "Ready-to-Build" mean in Germany vs Vietnam? This is where you find out.
The RALS base schema defines a vendor-neutral format for renewable energy assets. Jurisdiction Packages fill the gap: they define how standard RALS fields should be interpreted in a specific country, what documentation is expected at each readiness level, and what risks are structurally relevant in that market.
A validator applying a Jurisdiction Package checks the RALS document against country-specific thresholds — and cannot upgrade the readiness level beyond what the evidence supports. Browse the source YAML on GitHub →
